Billing Policy
For airport transfers billing begins when the chauffeur and/or vehicle leaves the terminal for its scheduled pickup and ends upon return to the terminal.

For hourly customer directed service billing begins at the scheduled pickup time and location.

Additional Charges
All additional charges incurred will be added to your bill.

Massport Fee: $3.25
Waiting charge: $1.00 per minute after the grace period.

A gratuity service fee of 20% of the base fare will be added to your bill.

Wait Time/grace period
Airport Arrivals:
For domestic airport pickups: there is a 30 minute grace period allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time. For international airport pickups: there is a 45 minute grace period allowed following the reported international flight arrival time.

Airport Departures:
For departure pickups there is a 15 minute grace period.

A waiting charge of $1.00 per minute begins after the grace period.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation charge advance notice must be given. Notification must be given prior to the scheduled pick up time by the amount of time indicated by the vehicle type. A cancellation of any reservation within the notice period will result in a full charge of the reservation.

Luxury Sedans: 2 hours notice.
Luxury SUV: 2 hours notice.
Executive Vans: 4 hours notice.
Luxury vans: 24 hours notice.
Stretch Limousines: 24 hours notice.

“No Show” Policy
A “No Show” is considered a fully chargeable cancellation. A full charge of the reservation will be charged to the customer equal to the trip cost, 20% gratuity fee, plus applicable waiting time when a passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave the designated location without first calling 617-435-2888.

Cleaning Policy
One Transportation Group reserves the right to add an additional $200 cleaning fee for any damage to a vehicle as a result of spillage, soiling or for any passenger “getting sick” in the vehicle.

Lost or Damaged Articles
One Transportation Group assumes no responsibility for either lost or damaged articles left in or nearby the vehicle(s) belonging to the passenger. Every effort will be made to locate the lost article and deliver the item to the owner at the owners expense.

One Transportation Group is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
